Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has brokered the sale of Lomas Pacific I & II, a classic suburban office park totaling 88,522 square feet in San Diego, California. The two-building, multi-tenant campus is located at 9619 Chesapeake Dr & 9444 Farnham St in the Kearny Mesa submarket. San Diego-based M.C. Strauss Company acquired the asset from Brixton Capital for $22.8 million ($257 per square foot).

M. C. Strauss Company completed the sale of Mission Village, a 54,817sf shopping center in Fresno, CA. The property was purchased for $12,210,000 or $222 per square foot by The Gilda A. Papazian Revocable Trust and the Kimberly R. Hudson Revocable Trust. The property was originally purchased by MCS Mission Village LLC, a subsidiary of M.C. Strauss Company for $8,050,000 or $152 per square foot in 2014.
