ABOUT US

Founded in 1960, MC Strauss Company is a leading private real estate investment, development and operating firm headquartered in San Diego. Our actively-managed portfolio consists of 25 properties encompassing approximately 1.5 million square feet. We have developed, and own and operate several office buildings (including executive office suites), retail shopping centers, a regional mall,  and convalescent/board and care facilities. The portfolio is diversified in Southern California, Central California and Arizona.

Some of our tenants include the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Behavioral Health Services, Appellate Defenders, Fisher’s House, Pacific Sales, JC Penney, Boot Barn, Regus, Hobby Lobby, Shakey’s, Petco, 99 Cents Only, Marshalls, Smart & Final, PetSmart, Goodwill, D.D.’s Discounts, Chili’s, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Bank of America, Chuck E. Cheese, and many others. Interacting with the brokerage community and through our own extensive industry contacts, we are continually seeking additional high-quality national, regional and local tenants to add.
